I am a passionate baker who transitioned from being an IT professional, educationist, and fashion designer to a certified pastry chef. I began baking to create safe, eggless desserts for my kids, avoiding cross-contamination with egg-based products in outside bakeries. What started as a hobby quickly became my profession. I completed my Patisserie and Culinary course at City and Guilds and have since learned from experienced bakers around the world. Specializing in eggless bakes, I create custom cakes, celebration cakes, wedding cakes, and dessert tables, all made from scratch. Additionally, I teach baking both online and offline, having trained over 100 students.
