Small business owners are some of the most courageous and tenacious people you’ll ever meet. This was once again proved by our Vendor Partner, Dr. Vanitha Parichith, a Ph.D. holder in Inorganic chemistry with multiple gold medals.
At Plan Madi, We are constantly inspired by the incredible dedication and passion that our partners showcase in their work every day. Today, I want to share a story that truly highlights the extraordinary lengths our baker partner Vanitha, went to in order to deliver excellence.
Recently, we took an order from one of our amazing client and the order faced a challenging situation. A cake, intended for a very special occasion, was returned due to delivery issues by the cabbie. This could have been a major setback, but Vanitha didn’t let it end there.
Instead of “Not my problem” attitude, she took it upon herself to ensure that the cake was delivered on time, even if it meant stepping out of her comfort zone and delivering the cake herself. All this while she herself was already in much stress due to delivery issues from the cabbie.
It’s partners like Vanitha who reminds me why we do what we do at Plan Madi. Her actions went above and beyond what is expected, and it’s this kind of dedication that makes our platform truly special. Vanitha exemplifies the spirit of our community – a commitment to quality, a passion for baking, and an unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction.
