Speed is the ultimate weapon of small businesses. This was once again proved by our Vendor Partner, Niharika Pawar, a professional chef since she was 7 years old. Yes, you read it right!
At Plan Madi, We are constantly inspired by the incredible dedication and passion that our partners showcase in their work every day. Today, I want to shine a light on one of our remarkable partners, Niharika, who recently went above and beyond to deliver excellence under pressure.
Recently, We requested Niharika for a last-minute order that required immediate attention and execution. The order was supposed to be a surprise and the client did not want to reveal the name to the guest until the delivery. So delivery was also something Niharika had to do as well, which is usually harder than what people think.
This type of challenge could easily overwhelm anyone, but not Niharika. With incredible speed and efficiency, Niharika took on the order and executed it flawlessly, ensuring that the guest received their order on time.
The ability to deliver high-quality products in such a short period is no small feat. It requires exceptional skill, dedication, and a deep understanding of the craft. Niharika demonstrated all of these qualities and more, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a day filled with memories, effortlessly.
