Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds Situations in which refunds are only possible: If the hamper is damaged or defective upon delivery. If the wrong item is delivered.

2. Timeframe for Refunds Customers need to raise a request for refund within 2 days of receiving the product.

3. Refund Process Customers can initiate a refund request by emailing the details to planmadi@techvito.in. Please include the following in your email: A description of the issue. Clear images or photos of the product showing the problem. Once your request is submitted, return the parcel to our office address. Please note, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Upon receiving and reviewing the returned product, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to process.

Refunds will be issued to the same account or payment method used during the initial transaction. In some cases, we may ask for additional details to ensure the refund is completed correctly
